We noticed that when students sign up using their student code and when they use their school email address, they are not always getting the email verification email. Hence they are getting stuck in the account creation. This email delivery failure is happening as school email systems are blocking emails from outside.

Please write to support@bloomz.com and provide the emails of the students who need help with email verification, we can verify them on the backend for you. Thus the student can move forward with their accounts.
