If you need to submit a health check, but can't find or didn't receive a notification or request from a teacher or school, there are two ways that you can still submit this in Bloomz - through your profile or through the calendar.
Option 1: Submit health check through your profile.
- Click on your profile picture. Click My Profile.
- Click + button. Click Health Report.
- Fill out the health check form and click Save.
Option 2: Submit health check through the calendar.
- If the teacher or admin sent a request through the calendar, click on your calendar icon. Then click on the request in the calendar.
- Click Submit Health Report for...
- Fill out the Health Check and click Save.
