Parents will receive notifications via text, email, push, and/or in-app, depending on their notification preferences. They can then proceed to submit the health check form.
- Parents might see a reminder via text, push notification, email, or in-app notification, depending on notification preferences.
- Log into Bloomz. Click on the red badge in the Notification center (bell icon).
- Upon clicking the bell icon, parents will see the Health Check Submission request. Click Submit Now.
- Parents will answer a Yes or a No for each symptom, and then click Save in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
