If you need to submit a health check, but can't find or didn't receive a notification or request from a teacher or school, there are two ways that you can still submit this in Bloomz - through your profile or through the calendar.


Option 1: Submit health check through your profile.


  1. Click on your profile picture. Click My Profile.
  2. Click + button. Click Health Report.
  3. Fill out the health check form and click Save.


Option 2: Submit health check through the calendar.


  1. If the teacher or admin sent a request through the calendar, click on your calendar icon. Then click on the request in the calendar.
  2. Click Submit Health Report for...
  3. Fill out the Health Check and click Save.
