Parents can type in their requirements (like requesting for translators or specialists etc.) or their comments (like want to discuss the behavioral aspects, I am bringing in my mom along etc.) in the Personal Notes to Teacher field while signing up for the conference. These notes are only seen by the Teacher who created the conference and the user who inputted the comment.
