If you’re not seeing updates for your class, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
You Are No Longer Part of the Class:
- Check the left menu to see if your class name appears.
- If the class name is missing, it means you are no longer part of the class.
- To rejoin, ask your teacher to invite your email to the class. Accept the invitation from the bell icon in your app to regain access.
You Muted the Teacher or Admin of Your Class:
- Go to your class page and click on your teacher's name from a previous post.
- On the teacher's profile page, check if you’ve muted them.
- If you see a message indicating they are muted, click Unmute to start receiving updates again.
- Note: Past updates missed while muted will not be sent retroactively. You will only receive updates from the time you unmute them.
