  1. The Interaction Screen is Pointing to the Wrong Class

    • Ensure the correct class is selected in the Timeline > Interactions tab.
  2. The Child's Profile is Not Connected to the Class

    • If no class appears in the Timeline > Interactions tab, you’ll need to reach out to the teacher and ask them to connect your child's profile to the class.
  3. A Technical Issue with the Feature

    • If the issue persists, contact support@bloomz.comwith the following details:
      • Your child’s name
      • The class name where interactions are not visible
