The Interaction Screen is Pointing to the Wrong Class
- Ensure the correct class is selected in the Timeline > Interactions tab.
The Child's Profile is Not Connected to the Class
- If no class appears in the Timeline > Interactions tab, you’ll need to reach out to the teacher and ask them to connect your child's profile to the class.
A Technical Issue with the Feature
