This issue may occur due to the following reasons:

  1. Parents are not invited to the conference.

    • Check if the parents are invited by editing the conference and clicking on "Invite more."

    • If they are not invited, select their names and send the invitation.

  2. Parents have different accounts.

    • Ensure they are using the correct account that received the conference invite.

  3. Parents are viewing the wrong class or group.

    • Verify that they are checking the Signups tab in the appropriate class or group.

  4. Other issues.

    • If none of the above apply, please contact support@bloomz.com. Include email addresses of the affected parents for further assistance.
