Please follow the instructions to Upload Files to SFTP Location. Please work with your School Manager

With WinSCP

  1. Open the WinSCP client.
  2. In the Login dialog box, for File protocol, choose a protocol: SFTP
  3. For Hostname, copy and paste SFTP Location from Community Settings.
  4. For Port number, enter the following: 22 for SFTP
  5. For the User Name, copy and paste SFTP User Name from Community Settings.
  6. Choose Advanced to open the Advanced Site Settings dialog box. In the SSH section, choose Authentication.
  7. Download SFTP Private Key File From Community Settings.
  8. For the Private key file, browse for and choose the SFTP Private key file from your file system.
    • Note: If WinSCP offers to convert your SSH private key to the PPK format, choose OK.
  9. Choose OK to return to the Login dialog box, and then choose Save.
  10. In the Save session as site dialog box, choose OK to complete your connection setup.


With Filezilla

  1. Open the FileZilla client.
  2. Choose File, and then choose Site Manager and In the Site Manager dialog box, choose New site.
  3. On the General tab, for Protocol, choose a protocol: SFTP or FTP.
  4. For Hostname, copy and paste SFTP Location from Community Settings.
  5. For Port number: 22 for SFTP
  6. Download SFTP Private Key File From Community Settings.
  7. Logon Type, choose Key file. For Key file, choose or enter the SFTP Private Key.
  8. For User Name, copy and paste SFTP User Name from Community Settings.
  9. Choose Connect.
