If you would like to upgrade to the Parent Convenience Pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on a video or photo that you would like to download.

• Click the download icon on the bottom left corner of the photo.

• Click the upgrade option.

NOTE: You can always download one photo at time on the desktop for free. To download videos and media content in bulk, you will need to upgrade to the Parent Premium, or you can ask your teacher/school about upgrading to Bloomz Premium.
