To download photos uploaded by others you will either need to have a school or teachers using as Bloomz Premium subscription or you will need purchase Parent Convenience pack . 

  • On the desktop, you can download one photo at a time without having to pay. 
  • On the mobile app, you will have to upgrade to the Parent Convenience pack to be able to download one photo or multiple photos. 
  • Video downloads on desktop or mobile are only possible with the premium package.

On your computer: 

Once you upgrade to the Parent convenience pack, please follow these steps to download in bulk - 

ALBUM DOWNLOAD


  1. Open Bloomz on your web browser
  2. Select the Name of the Class in the left nav
  3. Click the Library icon in the Class dashboard
  4. Click Select Album tab
  5. Click Options on the PhotoAlbum
  6. Click Download Album from the pop-up options

Note: Users can only download media albums if they upgrade the premium. 

OR PHOTO DOWNLOAD:

  1. Open Bloomz on your web browser
  2. Select the Name of the Class in the left nav
  3. Click the Library icon in the Class dashboard
  4. Click Select Photo tab
  5. Select Photos to Download 
  6. Click Download or Select All from the pop-up options

On your mobile device:

Once you upgrade to the Parent convenience pack, please follow these steps to download in bulk -

  1. Open your Bloomz app on your phone
  2. Select the Name of the Class in the left navigation tray
  3. Click the Media tab at the bottom in the class dashboard 
  4. Click Select Multiple in the Photos tab
  5. Click Select All where all photos are selected
  6. Click Download All
