A teacher or staff member can also submit a health check directly for a student.

1. Click on the class in the left navigation menu. 
2. Click on the Manage icon. 
3. Click the Students tab.
4. Click on the name of a student. 
5. Click on the View profile icon. 
6. Click Health tab. 
7. Click + Button. Click Health Report. 
8. Fill in the form and click Save.
