Parents will receive notifications via text, email, push, and/or in-app, depending on their notification preferences. They can then proceed to submit the health check form.

  1. Parents might see a reminder via text, push notification, email, or in-app notification, depending on notifications preferences. 
  2. Log into Bloomz. Click on the red badge in the Notification center (bell icon). 
  3. Upon clicking the bell icon, parents will see the  Health Check Submission request. They need to click on Submit Now
  4. Parents will click Yes or No next to each symptom, and then click Save in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
