Administrators have the ability to set up Health Check Occurances, as well as edit, delete, or add their own custom questions to the Health Check.
NOTE: The ability to customize and delete the health check questions is only available with Bloomz for Schools Premium users.

How do I add custom questions to the health check form?
- Click on your school community in the left navigation menu. Then click the Setting icon.
- Click Edit Settings
- Make sure the Health Check is enabled. Then click on the Health tab.
- Click Add Health Question.

How do I delete questions from the health check form?
- Make sure you are in the school community and click the Settings icon.
- Click the Health tab.
- Click on the form question you wish to delete. Select Delete and Save.
- Click Done to save.
How do I re-order the questions on the health check form?
- Make sure you are in the school community and click the Settings icon.
- Click the Health tab.
- Use the 3-Horizontal line icon to drag and drop the question to a new spot. Click Done to save.
TIP: You can only re-order questions within a category.
