Administrator can change the settings of classes in bulk within a community for these areas of access:
-Class/Group Settings
-Parent Permissions
-Student permissions
-Student Access
- Click on the Community in the left navigation menu
- Click Manage icon
- Go to the Classes/Groups Tab
- Choose the Classes to edit Settings or Select ALL
- Click on Edit Settings
- Click the changes in settings. Choose between "No change" (make no changes to class/group settings in that category), "Enable", or "Disable". Make sure to select Apply after making changes to save.
