Administrator can change the settings of classes in bulk within a community for these areas of access:

-Class/Group Settings

-Parent Permissions

-Student permissions

-Student Access


  • Click on the Community in the left navigation menu
  • Click Manage icon
  • Go to the Classes/Groups Tab
  • Choose the Classes to edit Settings or Select ALL
  • Click on Edit Settings
  • Click the changes in settings. Choose between "No change" (make no changes to class/group settings in that category), "Enable", or "Disable". Make sure to select Apply after making changes to save.
