Please note that we do not support the "Staff" role yet. However, you can invite your staff as a Teacher role and once they join, you can give titles to them.
Please follow these steps to give a title to your staff -
- Click on the community name in the left nav
- Click Manage icon on the top
- Click Staff tab
- Click on the staff member's name you added
- Click Change Role
- Enter the TItle
- Click Save
Here are the steps to invite staff to teacher role in your community -
- Click on the community name in the left nav
- Click Manage
- Click Staff
- Click +Member
- Click Teacher
- Click Type emails or phone numbers manually
- Enter the emails of your staff separated by commas
- Click Send
