Administrators or teachers in a building might want to redeem student points earned by positive behavior, even if they are not directly a member of the classroom.

Follow these steps to redeem points for students in your community.

• Click on the school community from the left navigation menu.
• Click on the Manage icon. 

• Select the Students tab. Search for the student using the search bar or filtering by clicking All Groups. Click on the student.

• Click View Profile.

• Click the + icon in the lower left-hand corner. 

• Select Interactions.
• Click Options in the lower left hand corner.

• Select Redeem Points.

• Input the points needing to be redeemed. Click Redeem to save.

• You will see the message Points redeemed successfully.
