For Teachers/Admins:
If you’re not seeing the Interactions tab in your class feed:

  1. Go to Settings of your class.
  2. Click Edit Settings.
  3. Navigate to Features and ensure the Interactions feature is turned on.
  4. Click Save.


For Parents:
If you’re not seeing the Interactions tab in your child’s profile or timeline:

  1. Ensure the correct class is selected at the top of the profile page.
  2. If the issue persists, contact the teacher to confirm whether the Interactions feature is enabled for their class.
