Bloomz allows school admins to merge accounts of the members of the school. The admin can merge the students or the parents.


  • Click on the school/class name in the left menu 
  • Click the Manage icon on the top 
  • Click Parents/ students 
  • Select the student profiles that need to be merged
  • Click on the Merge icon
  • Select the primary profile to be merged with
  • Click Merge
  • The merge will be added to the queue and you will see the text "pending merge" next to the profile
  • Once the merge is done the profile that was chosen as the primary account only will be seen


****PLEASE NOTE:  When parents join via "Generic Access Code" this will create a duplicate student profile.  Please go to STUDENT tab and merge the two/three student profiles together.  DO NOT merge the parents together.
