If you are at the end of the school year and want to clean up your school members list. You can follow these steps. 

  • Deleting parents from the school will delete them from all the classes they were part of 
  • Deleting parents from the school will not delete their accounts in Bloomz
  • If you want the parent accounts to be deleted permanently, please reach out to support@bloomz.com and provide the list of all the parent emails whose accounts need to be deleted permanently. 


BULK DELETE ALL PARENTS: 

  1. Click Manage 
  2. Click Parents
  3. Click Select All Square to select ALL Parents as shown below
  4. Click the Delete icon as shown below
  5. Click Remove from Class to Confirm

BULK DELETE SELECTED PARENTS:

  1. Click Manage 
  2. Click Parents
  3. Choose parent name by clicking on button to the left
  4. Click on Delete icon as shown below
  5. Click Remove from Class to Confirm
