When I try to log into Bloomz, I am unable to do so and seeing an "invalid login or password". 




If you are receiving this error code, double check that you are capitalizing/lower casing correctly and that everything is typed accurately. It can also be helpful to toggle the "Show Password" option on to double check this.



If you are still unable to log in, we would recommend clicking the Forgot password? link below to reset this. 



Clicking the Forgot password? link will email and/or text you a temporary password to sign in.


TIP: If you are trying to log into the Bloomz app on an iPhone or Android and getting this message, you could also complete delete the app off your phone and re-download it.
