Bloomz provides this feature where you can share files, documents, and other information to your community members. Members will have immediate and easy access to all the information they need. Here's how you can share your information:


  • Click the name of the community in the left navigation tray
  • Click Media in the menu of the community/Class menu
  • Click Documents sub-tab on the top
  • Tap    
    • +Media button in the top left corner of the class page (Desktop)   OR
    • +i link in the top right corner of the class page (iPhone/ Android app)
  • Tap Insert Photo and add photos ( On the web - you can attach files )
  • Click Upload Documents
  • Click Attach Files and upload the files
  • Fill in the details and click Save
  • Do you want to notify pop-up message displays
  • Select Notify all Members or Don't Notify All Members

PS: Parents can download the files on their phone or desktop
