 - Use the subject line: "Need Receipt" in your email for faster assistance.
 
For Purchases (Teacher Premium/ Convenience Pack) Made on the Mobile App
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
 - Navigate to Purchase History to locate and download your receipt.
 
- For School Premium purchases
- Please email support@bloomz.com to request a receipt.
 - Use the subject line: "Need School Premium Receipt" in your email for faster assistance.
