  1. For Purchases (Teacher Premium/ Convenience Pack) Made on Desktop

    • Please email support@bloomz.com to request a receipt.
    • Use the subject line: "Need Receipt" in your email for faster assistance.
  2. For Purchases  (Teacher Premium/ Convenience Pack) Made on the Mobile App

    • Open the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
    • Navigate to Purchase History to locate and download your receipt.
  3. For School Premium purchases
    • Please email support@bloomz.com to request a receipt.
    • Use the subject line: "Need School Premium Receipt" in your email for faster assistance.
