Troubleshooting: Unable to Download Photos on Bloomz
If you're experiencing issues downloading photos, please review the following steps:
Check Your Subscription Level
- Are you subscribed to Teacher Premium or Parent Premium?
- Photo downloads are available only to Premium members. If you do not have a Premium subscription, this feature will not be accessible.
Verify Your Subscription Status
- Go to your account settings to check if your Premium subscription is still active.
- If your subscription has expired, please contact support@bloomz.com for assistance with renewal.
Error Messages During Download
- If you see an error message while attempting to download photos, please take a screenshot and email it to support@bloomz.com. Include a description of the issue for faster resolution.
Single vs. Multiple Photo Downloads
- Are you downloading one photo at a time or multiple photos?
- Try downloading a single photo to determine if the issue persists.
Check for Pop-up Blockers
- Ensure that your browser's settings or any pop-up blockers are not preventing the photo download.
