Bloomz allows the community School Administrators to configure teachers' permissions in order to create a safe and private environment of communication and access.  There are many settings to review as you determine what is appropriate to allow or control with additional tools at the school level with Teacher access.


  • Click on your community in the left panel
  • Click Settings icon on the top of your community feed 
  • Click Edit Settings
  • Click Permissions
  • Toggle On/Off or make Moderation choices for setting as appropriate
  • Click  Save


To allow teachers to create additional classes in your community

  • Turn ON the Allow teachers to create classes toggle button

To allow teacher to add customer interactions for the Behavior/PBIS feature in their classroom

  • Turn ON the Allow teachers cto add customer interactions toggle button

To allow teacher to access all students' behavior data in the school

  • Turn ON the Allow teacher to access all students' behavior data toggle button

To allow teacher to view and request student health data

  • Turn ON the Allow teacher to view and request student health data toggle button

To allow teachers to post or not post to your community 

  • Click Can teachers post to community?
  • You will  the following options and choose one of them

To allow teachers to verify students in Bloomz

To allow teacher to edit member profile data & details, including notifications settings
