Parents can get the Robocalling messages if they are signed up via phone number. If they are signed up via email, now they have an option to add their phone number to their account by going into Account Settings > Edit Phone Info.

To add a Phone number to an Email account 

  • Click Settings in the left menu
  • Click Account Settings
  • Click Edit Phone Info
  • Enter the Primary Phone number
  • Enter the Password of the account 
  • Click Add Primary Phone

PS: Once you are done, you can add a secondary phone number as well. Bloomz allows the parent to add upto two phone numbers to their account. The numbers added should not have an account in Bloomz. 







To configure the Robocall notifications for the phone number added 

  • Click Settings in the left menu
  • Click Account Settings
  • Click Notifications
  • Click Primary Phone Settings 
  • Choose from the options
    • Robocall when text fails
    • Robocall only 
    • Text and Robocall
  • PS: You can configure the settings from the secondary phone number as well by clicking the Secondary Phone Settings




To configure the language in which you want to receive Robocalls


  • Click Settings in the left menu
  • Click Account Settings
  • Click Preferred Language
  • Click on the language you prefer from the list of languages 
  • Click Save
