Downloading Albums and Videos is easy in Bloomz. Just follow the steps below:

TABLE OF CONTENTS:

DESKTOP USERS  -

  • Bloomz allows you to download one photo at a time in the Desktop for Free 
  • Video downloads are only available when you upgrade to the convenience pack 
  • Bulk downloads of photos and videos are available when you upgrade to convenience pack 


For Premium Users (Bulk):

  • Navigate to your class
  • Choose the Media tab from the top of the page
  • Choose Photos
  • Click Select Multiple for selecting bulk photos
  • Select the required photos to download
  • Click Download.


Note: The count of photos increases besides the Download option as the selection goes on. The Photos start getting downloading by the pop-up message saying "Download Started". After the download is completed, the pop-up message says "Downloaded Successfully".





MOBILE USERS -

  • Media downloads (Photos or videos) (Bulk or one media item at a time) are available only when you upgrade to Convenience Pack. 

For Premium Users (Bulk):

  • Navigate to your class
  • Choose the Media tab from the bottom of the screen
  • Choose Photos
  • Click Select Multiple for selecting bulk photos
  • Select the required photos to download
  • Click Download.

Note: The count of photos increases besides the Download option as the selection goes on. The Photos start getting downloading by the pop-up message saying "Download Started". After the download is completed, the pop-up message says "Downloaded Successfully".
