There could be 2 reasons why parents are not able to see the behavior log of their child in his/her timeline - 

  • Not associated with the Child in the class
  • Class Behavior settings which define who can view the log is not properly set

Not associated with the Child in the class - 


Please follow these steps to make sure the parent is connected to the correct child's profile in the class - 


Click on the class

Click on the setting icon of the class page on the top

Click Edit Settings

Click Students

All students will be listed with parents name below


If the student is not there -

  • Click on Enter Student Full Name
  • Enter the name of the student 
  • Click Add 
  • Click on the student you just added

If the student shows up in the list -

  • Click on the student
  • Select the correct parent
  • Click Update

Class Behavior settings not set properly - 


Please follow these steps to make sure the behavior settings for your class is allowing parents to view the behavior log of their child. 


Click on the behavior tab in the class page 

Click More

Click Settings

Scroll to Parent Access

Select the Who call can view

Select the class name at the top and not individual parents
